The Journal of the Pacific Association for the Continental Tradition (JPACT) is now accepting submissions for its first issue, to be published in the first half of 2018. It’s a completely open-access, no-fee-whatsoever journal devoted to the practice of philosophy in the West. It is not a journal of conference proceedings, but a venue for innovative work and a strike in the battle against corporatocratic rule of academic publishing. All submissions will be reviewed blindly by at least two readers who work in the article’s field in addition to a member of the editorial board.
