Finalists will also be asked during their screening interview to discuss how the topics of diversity and inclusion are incorporated into their teaching and research. A record of publication in peer-reviewed journals is preferred, but not required. Workload for pre-tenure and for research intensive faculty is two courses per semester, at all levels (including graduate seminars), plus typical service duties. Salary competitive.
