CFP: Conference for the Global Bergsonism Research Project — Extended Deadline

First Annual Meeting of the Global Bergsonism Research Project

The Global Bergsonism Research Project was formed in 2019 in order to investigate the diverse manifestations of Bergsonism in multiple areas and to bring them together by using theories and methods of cultural exchange and the transfer of ideas to highlights its global impact. In particular, the goals of the Project include: the writing of a world history of Bergsonism; making available the philosophical contributions to Bergson studies all over the world; and establishing an international network of scholars and activities in Bergson studies based on a variety of geographical areas.

The Project welcomes submissions (abstracts of 300-500 words, or complete original papers) on any aspect of Bergson’s philosophy, but also in particular on his reception in North America.
